  • Guided 1 on 1 personal training sessions in your home, outdoors or in your gym
  • Training sessions are 60 minutes long

Group Training

Do you find working out with a friends or coworkers motivating?

Do you enjoy training with others that have goals similar to your own?

If so, then private group fitness classes are your answer 

Sessions will take place outdoors and all necessary equipment will be provided.

 Class scheduling and location is based on participants' preferences and availability. 

Each class will be 45 mins and will include: 

  • Warm Up
  • Interval Training
  • Cool Down & Stretching
