BODY PUMP CLASSES

Our full-body pump class uses barbell, medicine balls, dumbbells, tires and everything else to shock your muscles.  Is it doable? Yes indeed because we as well as your training- mates got your BACK.  A Kick-Butt work-out that will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health.

Burn between 500 - 700 calories as we reach new heights.  Body Pump is a strong, fun and rewarding class not requiring a lot of coordination.  We are not adding bulk, instead, our goal is to get you lean and increase your strength. 

Our body pump class in Maryland is like non-other.  Come to our fitness class in our District Heights location.

G-TRAIN CARDIO BANDZ

G-TRAIN cardio bandz class is a class that uses resistance bands to help intensify your training. The bandz allow you to tone your muscles and build strength.  No work-out routine is the same. This class allow you to get a full body workout that you will share with family and friends.

Small Group Training Workouts

Small group personal training helps you reach your fitness goals faster than working out on your own. A certified personal trainer leads each session in groups of 3 to 6 people, allowing each member to receive more personal attention than they'd get at most fitness boot camps or group fitness classes. Exercises are designed to maximize each of your individual results.

You'll also benefit from the health and lifestyle education you'll receive from your trainer, like nutrition and workout tips, at a lower cost than one-on-one personal training. The rest of your group will be an additional support system to help you stay on track!
