B.U.I.L.T.

 

Ingredients:
Chicken Breasts – 2, boneless, skinless, finely sliced
Onion – 1, medium, sliced
Red Capsicum – 1, seeds removed, sliced
Yellow Capsicum – 1, sliced, seeds removed
Cucumber – 1, peeled, cut into 1 inch stick
Olive Oil – 3 tsp
Plain Tortillas – 4
Salt as per taste
Dried Oregano – 1 tsp + 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp + 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper Powder as per taste
Lime Wedges to serve
Sour Cream to serve.

 

Method:
1. Sprinkle 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, pepper powder on the chicken and keep aside.
2. Heat little oil in a nonstick pan over medium flame.
3. Stir-fry the chicken for 2 to 3 minutes or until cooked.
4. Remove and keep warm.
5. Add the remaining oil to the pan.
6. Saute the onions and capsicums for 2 minutes.
7. Add salt, remaining oregano and chilli flakes.
8. Cook for another 3 minutes.
9. Warm the tortillas.
10. Add a portion of the chicken and vegetables.
11. Wrap tightly.
12. Serve with lime wedges and sour cream.
