Adventure Fitness


Our Adventure Fitness group knocks down the barriers of the usual gym workout and is rooted in simple, results oriented conditioning suitable for all fitness levels.  Adventure Fitness is more inspiring than exercising in a conventional gym. Clients say they experience a pronounced sense of well-being, feel stronger, leaner, and more balanced—inside and out.

This group is for adventurous people who love the variety of events and are interested in hiking, kayaking, ole school roller blading, staying fit, zip line and pushing themselves. I started this group to find individuals who are committed to going on these type of activities, meeting new people, and experiencing new adventures.

Operation: GO APE!

Task:  Find your inner Tarzan! And learn several orienteering survival techniques.

Conditions:  Utilizing a lush, green forest with a healthy dose of breathtaking scenery and  blend of smattering treetop high wires, tricky crossings (using ladders, walkways, bridges and tunnels made of wood, rope and super-strong wire) and wind-in-your-face zip line.

Standards:  Must be able to maintain a positive and energetic attitude through out the entire day. 

Operation: Kayak

Kayaking is becoming a popular fitness tool. Kayaking is a great alternative and complement to other fitness activities, such as biking or jogging.

Back, Chest, Stomach, Arms and Toning through kayak fitness training:

When you are paddling you can expect to do about 500, maybe more, maybe less, strokes per mile!  Placing the paddle in the water and executing a good stroke is going to incorporate every muscle in the upper body and some lower body muscles as well.  This means that in one hour at 3 mph you are going to do about 1500 repetitions of low impact upper body movements, which no matter what your fitness goals are, you are going to tone up almost every muscle in your body.  Hey, you are going to look good!


Operation: Rock & Roll

Burn up to 1000 calories in an hour and have a great time doing it.  It's a combination of high intensity interval training (HITT), dynamic drills and fun.  Roller skating is ranked among the best aerobic exercise according to the America Heart Association and the President's Council on Physical Fitness.  Roller skating is a workout that involves almost all the body's muscles and in particular the heart.

Targeted Muscle Groups:  Glutes, Quadriceps, Hamstrings, Adductors and Abs



Operation: Dave & Buster

ZUMBA CHALLENGE

Zumba workout is an exercise program that combines Latin America music like salsa and merengue with highly energetic workout procedures. It is basically a musical workout program where the participants move in rhythmic body movements meant to burn the most body calories, build up muscles and tone up the body. 

Typically a 1 hour ZUMBA Fitness session leads to the participants lose about 500 to 1000 calories from their bodies. It’s one of the best workout exercises that will leave your body muscle looking tight and well toned. If you want a fun way to get your body shape to where you admire then zumba exercise is definitely what you should try out.
