G-Fitness Training is a program introduced by Garry Matthews, a Certified Trainer in California.  His invention of a vest ensemble combine with resistance bands, helps you burn calories rapidly.  It is a fun, dynamic, high-energy class that has a proven formula for success

If group training is not for you, we have personal trainers ready to help you. Personal training is designed specifically for you and your needs. You may need a personal trainer to help you get in shape for a specific sport or for your post injury rehabilitation. Some of our clients just want us to keep them accountable.

GROUP TRAINING

 

Group exercise offers a workout for all levels, ranging from beginner to advanced. Participants do not need to know how to develop a safe and effective workout or which machines to use or for how long; it is already done for them. They simply have to show up with a positive attitude, participate, and most importantly, have fun.

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

Are you looking for a quick fix when it comes to losing weight? Unfortunately, there is no magic pills or drastic diets. If you are carrying extra weight, losing weight and keeping it off can be one of the best things you can do to protect your health. Excess weight puts you at risk for problems like heart disease, diabetes, some cancers, sleep apnea and gallstones. The best way to manage your weight is to eat wisely and be as physically active as possible.


STRENGTH  & CONDITIONING 

 
Our classes, depending on the day will either utilize plyometrics, agility training, circuit training, and/or weight training(barbell and dumbbell) to increase your fitness level. As your fitness level increases, our class format will adapt to your improved abilities. Unlike training on your own, your instructor and classmates will provide continuous support to keep you motivated, ensuring you will not quit.
